Wedding: Flat fee $700 (negotiable)

Travel Fees (Effective 2026)

- Local Area (within 80 miles of Baton Rouge): No additional travel fee (round trip included in session/wedding/package pricing).

- Extended Driving (beyond 80 miles one-way): $0.725 per mile for the full round trip distance (aligned with current IRS business rate for fair coverage of fuel, maintenance, and vehicle wear).

  - Example: 100 miles one-way = 200 miles round trip × $0.725 = $145 travel fee.

- Overnight/Extended Stay (required for shoots involving overnight travel by car): $150 flat fee per night (may vary based on location, duration, and specific needs like hotel quality or meals).

- Non-Driving Travel (flights or where driving isn't practical): Client covers or reimburses actual expenses, including:

  - Round-trip airfare (economy or as negotiated).

  - Hotel accommodations (1–2+ nights near venue, based on shoot needs).

  - Rental car/ground transportation.

  - Additional: Meals, baggage fees, etc. (or a $250–$400 travel stipend).

  - All negotiated and estimated upfront in the proposal/contract; client approval required before booking.
